Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Khazinadigital. If you get a faulty product then, you can easily choose to return your order for a FULL REFUND as long as the following condition is met: 

• When a product is delivered to you, the first thing you must do is inspect the goods for any damage.
• If you get faulty products then take some images of the damaged products and email us within 24 hours.
• After 24 hours we will no longer offer any Free exchange! If you get delivered a faulty product, then email us sales@khazinadigital.com within 24 hours to claim your Free exchange. 
• After 24 hours, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the actual price. 
• Value of Free Design: Where this design service is advertised as "Free" or "Included," it is provided as a conditional promotional offer linked to the retention of the hardware. The standalone retail value of this design work is £150.00 + VAT per screen.
• Refund Deduction (The "Service Fee") In the event that you exercise your right to return the hardware (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or our 14-day returns policy), the contract is deemed severed. As the Design Service has already been fully performed and the digital asset delivered, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, the value of the service (£150.00 + VAT) will be deducted from any refund due to you.

• You are still within the first 14 days of your order being shipped.
• Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact). 
• If you don't like the product or you don't need it anymore then you can claim your refund within 14 days and the Restocking fee of 25%
• Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process.
